THIS IS NOT YOUR REGULAR CLEANSE, THIS IS DEEP CLEANING WELL DONE. Your body naturally cleanses itself on a daily basis. Your liver, intestines, skin, lymphatic system & kidneys are in charge of breaking down your body’s everyday toxins & escorting them out. But these aren’t the only toxins they process. In our modern world, we are constantly bombarded by toxins which must also be broken down & disposed of. Start here if you feel like you need to hit the reset button on your system.

Detoxification is a nutrient-dependent process. When your body is properly stocked with the necessary nutrients, it can execute these tasks in an efficient way, relieving your body of it’s accumulated toxic load. Also, you need to make sure your excretion pathways (bowels, urine, skin) are all working properly before you dive into a cleanse. If these pathways aren’t up to speed, the toxins released by your cells will only get reabsorbed before they are eliminated, causing more problems & even damaging your health. So, to make sure you have a successful cleanse, we have designed this program in two phases, combining nutrient-rich juices with detoxifying broths & adaptogenic wellness elixirs. The first phase lasts 1-3 days & it is meant to replenish your nutrient levels before the cleanse, as well as to make sure your digestion is moving smoothly. By that we mean at least one bowel movement per day. We suggest you read the handbook cover to cover to make sure you have everything ready for a joyful, uplifting cleanse experience.

Prep for your cleanse

PHASE 1 (1-3 DAYS) 

TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS 
• Start your day with 8-12 oz warm water, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• Sip on warm water & teas throughout your day
• Make sure you are hydrating sufficiently with water
• Eat more salads, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds & cooked vegetables to increase nutrients & fiber
• Eliminate sugar, alcohol, red meat, dairy, coffee, processed foods, junk food, & icy foods • If the weather is cool, make sure to have something warm alongside your salad or smoothie 


WE STRONGLY SUGGEST
• Beet juice with breakfast or as a mid-morning snack
• Green juice with lunch
• Chia pudding & broth for dinner

Cleanse

PHASE 2 

Drink your wellness shot in the first 30 min after waking, & consume juices & supplements (in order) every 2 hrs until about 3 hrs before your bedtime. Drink plenty of water

TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS
• Make sure you always have something warm with your juice to keep digestion warm & avoid diarrhea
• If you get a headache, that’s your cue to hydrate
• Take time to slow down & feel your body. Meditate, stretch, go for a walk
• Avoid strenuous workouts while cleansing
• Roasted dandelion tea or chicory tea are great subs if you miss the taste of coffee
• Get sunlight every morning to prime your system & get the detox process rolling smoothly
• Don’t forget to smile!
